For the next step, Meng Wei said that more effective measures will be taken in the following four aspects, which can be summarized as four "accelerations".

The second is to accelerate the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship. Taking the implementation of comprehensive innovation reform experiments as the starting point, we will promote the construction of globally influential science and technology innovation centers in Beijing and Shanghai and three comprehensive national science centers in Huairou, Shanghai and Hefei, Anhui, and promote the construction of xiong’an new area innovation-driven demonstration zone and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area international science and technology innovation center. The third is to accelerate the formation of a policy environment conducive to the development of the "four new economies".
