On the rear side, the design of the entire rear is full of layers. The roof adopts a through design, which looks very delicate under the decoration embellished with chrome strips.

From the interior aspect, the new car adopts a more concise design, and the new car also adds a lot of practical configurations. "Embroidery Spring Knife · Shura Battlefield" Interprets the Transformation Method, Zhang Yi Shows a New Heights

Directed by director Lu Yang and produced by Ning Hao and starring Zhang Zhen, Yang Mi and Zhang Yi, the movie "Embroidery Spring Sword · Shura Battlefield" is being screened all over the country. As a new work in the word-of-mouth series, the film has continued to rise in word-of-mouth since its release, and the box office has exceeded 200 million. As the core figure running through the main line, Lu Wenzhao, a brocade-clothed guard played by Zhang Yi, weighs all forces and seeks a place for himself in the troubled times. At the beginning of the film, Lu Wenzhao said "If you don’t want to die like this, you have to change your way of life", which laid the groundwork for the follow-up development of the whole story.

In the film, Lu Wenzhao (played by Zhang Yi) saw his comrades die one by one after experiencing the Battle of Sarhu, and sighed with emotion: "Tens of thousands of lives are lost when cutting the grass." At this time, Lu Wenzhao was well aware that human life is like ants in troubled times. After deciding to change his way of life, he became a hidden sword in the hands of King Zhu Youjian. Lu Wenzhao went from a survivor on the battlefield to a thousand households who were tactful in the officialdom to kowtow in order to obtain rights. Through his rich eyes and subtle body language, he showed the humility and scheming of his characters vividly. The netizens said one after another: Lu Wenzhao made people feel exquisite in front of him, but the grief and despair when he found himself abandoned like a chess piece later made him suddenly realize that when he killed the enemy with a Miao knife, Zhang Yi completely played the role to a new height. Director Lu Yang said: Lu Wenzhao is the closest and most worldly character in the movie. The character is also very layered and reversed, and Zhang Yi’s acting style and his ability to handle the details of the character are the most suitable for this character.

Since his debut, Zhang Yi has been working hard in the entertainment industry for many years, creating a number of familiar roles, whether it is Han Dezhong in "Dear", Jia Congming in "I am not Pan Jinlian", or Zhang Jinsheng in "Mountains and Rivers". Under his interpretation, the characters are full and vivid and real, and he is also very good at achieving a high degree of unity with the character’s spirit, portraying the characters to life. This year, he won the Best Actor of Magnolia in the 23rd Shanghai TV Festival with the corner of Chen Jianghe in the TV series "Chicken Feather Flying to the Sky", which was recognized by the industry.

Zhang Yi is a low-key person in life, but he is also a rigorous, serious, down-to-earth and humorous person. As a senior cat slave, he will take care of his cats carefully. In his free time, he will popularize various knowledge points with netizens in Zhihu. With the title of "Zhihu Male God", he recently updated his article "How to play a knife of the same height as himself?" on Zhihu and Q & A. The article shares his bits and pieces of learning martial arts during the filming of "Embroidery Chun Dao · Shura Battlefield". His simple and humorous writing style attracted a large number of netizens to watch and discuss. Such Zhang Yi is unique and has great personality.

Wang Jianlin finally cut off the "heart meat"

Wanda Film announced at noon on December 6 that the actual controller, Wang Jianlin, and others plan to transfer 51% of the company’s controlling shareholder, Beijing Wanda Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wanda Investment). If the above matters are finally implemented, it will lead to a change in the company’s control.

The announcement shows that the company received a notice on the same day that the company’s indirect controlling shareholder, Beijing Wanda Cultural Industry Group Co., Ltd., and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Hengrun Enterprise Management Development Co., Ltd., and the company’s actual controller, Wang Jianlin, intend to transfer 51% of the company’s total controlling shareholder, Wanda Investment, to Shanghai Ruyi Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanghai Ruyi).

Wanda Film said that in view of the uncertainties in the above matters, in order to ensure fair information disclosure, safeguard the interests of investors, and avoid abnormal fluctuations in stock prices, the company has applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to suspend trading of the company’s shares since the opening of the market on December 6, 2023 (Wednesday). It is expected that the suspension time will not exceed 2 trading days.

▲ Wanda Film Announcement

It is worth noting that, previously, Hong Kong stocks China Ruyi had announced on the evening of July 23 that, as a controlled structural entity in which the company holds 100% of the actual interests, Shanghai Ruyi was 2.262 billion yuan to transfer 49% of the shares held by Beijing Wanda Cultural Industry Group Co., Ltd. Wanda Investment.

China Ruyi said in the announcement that after the completion of the equity transfer, Shanghai Ruyi will directly hold 49% of Wanda Investment. Shanghai Ruyi currently has no intention to appoint directors of Wanda Investment and has no intention of participating in its daily operation and management. Wanda Investment will not be a subsidiary of China Ruyi.

Shanghai Ruyi has produced many popular film and television dramas

Wanda Film is Wang Jianlin’s "quality asset".

Wanda Film’s third quarterly report data shows that in the first three quarters of this year, Wanda Film’s operating income was about 11.347 billion yuan, an increase of 46.98% year-on-year; the net profit attributable to the shareholders of listed companies was about 1.114 billion yuan. From January to September 2023, the company’s domestic theaters achieved box office 6.22 billion yuan (excluding service fees), an increase of 67.6% year-on-year, an increase of 5.2% over the same period in 2019; the number of moviegoers 150 million, an increase of 68.7% over the same period in 2019.

Data show that as of September 30, 2023, Wanda Film had 877 cinemas and 7,338 screens in operation in China, including 709 directly-operated cinemas and 6,159 screens, 168 light-asset cinemas and 1,179 screens. The company’s cumulative market share in the first three quarters was 16.5%.

According to public information, Shanghai Ruyi was established in 2013 and is mainly engaged in the production and operation of radio and television programs and film distribution business. It is a controlled structural entity in which China Ruyi holds 100% of the actual interests. The company has produced a number of popular film and television dramas such as "Hello, Li Huanying", "To Youth", "Langya Bang", "Biography of Mi Yue", "Sewing Machine Band" and "Send You a Little Red Flower". Previously, among the four cornerstone investors introduced by the IPO of Lehua Entertainment, Sun Mass Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Ruyi, had subscribed for the sale of shares of 7.90 million US dollars.

▲ Picture source: Ruyi company official website

It is worth mentioning that the largest shareholder of China Ruyi is Tencent. Including the previous introduction of China Ruyi, Wanda returned funds of 6.766 billion yuan through three equity transfers in July to dispose of Wanda Film and Wanda Investment Equity.

According to Wanda Film’s July 23 announcement on the change of indirect controlling shareholders’ equity, after the relevant equity changes with Shanghai Ruyi were completed, Shanghai Ruyi indirectly held 9.8% of Wanda Film’s shares through Wanda Investment.

At the same time, Wanda Culture Group indirectly holds a 10.2% stake in Wanda Film through Wanda Investment, and Wanda Culture Group and its concerted actors jointly hold a 21.1% stake in Wanda Film, both directly and indirectly.

That is to say, the controlling shareholder of Wanda Film is still Wanda Investment. Although Wang Jianlin sold his stake many times, he still retained his status as the actual controller of Wanda Film.

Why is Wang Jianlin selling?

Analysis believes that behind Wang Jianlin’s "selling, selling, selling" is the current financial dilemma that Wanda is facing and the short-term hopelessness of Zhuhai Wanda Commercial Management’s listing in Hong Kong stocks and the pressure of repurchase through gambling agreements.

According to the previous Hong Kong IPO application materials, Wanda Commercial Management Group subsidiary Zhuhai Wanda Commercial Management is applying for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. If it cannot be successfully listed by the end of 2023, Wanda Commercial Management Group needs to pay about 30 billion yuan to investors before listing.

As of the end of June 2023, the stock of domestic open market bonds managed by Wanda Commercial was 12.341 billion yuan, and the stock of overseas bonds was about 1.80 billion US dollars.

Wanda has sold at least five Wanda plazas this year. At the end of September, Wanda transferred its Guangxi Beihai Hepu Wanda Plaza to Hepu Wanghe Real Estate, a local real estate company in Beihai; in October, Wanda Commercial Management transferred a 100% stake in Shanghai Wanda Plaza Real Estate Co., Ltd.

On the secondary market, Wanda Film stopped trading on the 6th and closed at 12.45 yuan on the 5th, down 2.05% on the day, and the company’s latest market value was 27.13 billion yuan. As of press time, Hong Kong stocks China Ruyi rose 2.82% to 1.820 Hong Kong dollars, after rising more than 9%.

Nicholas Tse: Twelve years of brotherhood turned Da Xi into a "little cousin"

Last year, Chen Weiting became famous in the streets with his role of "Da Xihong" in "Gu Jian Qitan", which made countless fans scream for "monkeys" for Chen and so on. But in this year’s "Twelve Sharks", Chen Weiting is willing to be the "errand boy" who helps people, because the person who does this show is Nicholas Tse, who has been his eldest brother for twelve years.

In life, Chen Weiting loved this "big senior brother" very much. Not only did he always praise Nicholas Tse, but he also rejected many job offers in order to record "Twelve Fingers". In the program, Nicholas Tse also took special care of this "little cousin".

Behind the second change of "Da Xihong" to "Little Cousin" is twelve years of brotherhood

In 2003, at the age of 18, Chan entered the entertainment industry by participating in the selection competition of the "Global Chinese Rookie Singing Contest" held by the Emperor in Hong Kong and signed a contract to become an artist under the Emperor. At that time, 23-year-old Nicholas Tse had just returned after a short break, released a new album "Reborn", held 80,000 concerts in Beijing and Shanghai, and invested in his special effects company "PO Chaoting", and began to move towards the peak of "overbearing president". For Chan Weiting, who had just entered the entertainment industry at the time, Tse, who had already debuted at the age of 16, was undoubtedly his "big brother". Now, 12 years later, the two have also become brothers in the 12th division. During this period, whenever Nicholas Tse was mentioned, William Chan showed respect and love. When he worked with Nicholas Tse in the movie "Fire Hero" before, he praised his dedication and dedication as "iron man in the fire field" in the interview, and his words revealed admiration. In the variety show, William Chan also revealed that he worshipped Nicholas Tse as a teacher to learn Wing Chun, saying that Nicholas Tse took great care of and supported his younger generation.

Since last year’s popularity, various entertainment invitations have come to Chan Weiting, but many invitations failed because of "Twelve Sharks". In order to help the senior brother, Chan Weiting gave up a lot of opportunities, and the reason why he was able to do this is undoubtedly full of Chan Weiting’s love, trust and support for the "senior brother" in the past 12 years.

"Cooking King" has been greatly remodeled, and Nicholas Tse personally created "Chen and so on" who can cook delicious food.

The junior brother was so supportive, and as a senior brother, Nicholas Tse naturally showed great love for Chen Weiting in "Twelve Sharks". Before joining "Twelve Sharks", Chen Weiting was a famous "dark cooking king" in the entertainment industry, and the only food he could cook was instant noodles. Facts proved that he was not exaggerating. In "Twelve Sharks", Chen Weiting, who wanted to secretly surprise everyone, came to the kitchen for the first time and wanted to make a few side dishes for everyone. As a result, he not only cut the shredded potatoes into potato pieces, but also smoked himself to tears, and the peppers were directly fried, which was terrible. However, when Nicholas Tse tasted this "dark cuisine", he still very seriously affirmed Chen Weiting’s performance, which greatly increased Chen Weiting’s confidence. Not only that, in the first episode of the program, Nicholas Tse gave Chen Weiting the most important process that coalesced everyone’s efforts, and later taught him a dessert that could impress girls in the "Sharp Kitchen", which meant that he wanted to transform the "Dark Cooking King" into a "little food expert" in the program.

In addition to teaching cooking, the two often interact with each other, and Tse also teaches Chan Wai Ting to film and fight. In an interview, Chan Wai Ting once said: "When we meet Ting Feng, we will chat about WeChat, and when we have time, we will also eat together, because it is not only in’Feng Wei ‘that he will teach me some things. He has already started to teach me a lot before, such as practicing with me in the park, and also teaching me Wing Chun."

The vegetable market is open in the mobile phone, where does the community group buying go?

On December 19, Tianjin, several citizens walked into a community group buying self-pickup points.

A citizen walks past a community group buying poster in Tianjin on December 9.

On December 19, Tianjin, a citizen with a mobile phone walked past the poster of the community group buying in front of the supermarket.

On December 9, Tianjin, a citizen in Heping District reads a poster of community group buying.

The battle between Internet companies and the food market continues. When Internet Tech Giants began to enter community group buying, ads in community WeChat groups and coupons in mobile apps replaced the familiar shouting and bargaining sounds in the food market. People simply pre-order on their mobile phones, and the goods will arrive at the pick-up point selected by the customer the next day.

In the first month that some Internet companies started doing community group buying, the number of openings reached 120. At the end of November, an Internet Tech Giants announced that its community group buying has covered 200 cities, and the most one day, it opened stores in 36 cities.

Here, some people found that the original price of a few dozen yuan barbecue grill can be bought for only two yuan, and some people have bought a penny a catty of hawthorn, a fifty-cent egg, a catty of citrus.

After the rise of community group buying, some customers have reduced the frequency of going to vegetable markets and supermarkets. However, the low-priced products on the community group buying platform have also aroused the alarm of many people. Weilong, Xiang Piao Piao, Radar Battery and other brands have issued notices prohibiting distributors from supplying to the community group buying platform. Some wholesalers are worried about losing traditional supermarket users and are reluctant to supply hot-selling products to the community group buying platform. Some netizens are also worried that the Internet will attract customers with low-priced products and take away the livelihood of vegetable sellers.

On December 22, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Ministry of Commerce held an administrative guidance meeting to standardize the order of community group buying. This meeting, attended by six Internet platform companies including Alibaba, Tencent, JD.com, Meituan, Pinduoduo and Didi, requires Internet platform companies to strictly abide by the "nine must not". Including, Internet platforms shall not dump at low prices, abuse their independent pricing power, predatory pricing without justifiable reasons, and shall not use data advantages to "kill", and shall not sell counterfeit and shoddy goods.

  1

The battle for the entrance to the vegetable market began in the second half of 2020.

A full-time "head" (community group buying initiator) in Chengdu, who is involved in at least six community group buying platforms, has observed that every time a new platform enters, it always distributes large subsidies, and some even send free fruit, salt, napkins, etc. He studies the coupons issued by various platforms on a regular basis and recommends the most cost-effective platform to customers every day. His highest sales record is more than 500 people placing orders a day.

After the customer places an order, the Internet platform delivers the goods to his pick-up point. He notifies the customer to pick up the goods in time. The head of the team gets a 10% commission on each order. On the day of the most sales, the full-time head of the team received a commission of 1,500 yuan.

Since the sharing of bicycles, takeout, and online car-hailing, community group buying has become the battlefield of a new round of "price war". In addition to price, the head of the team who is good at managing interpersonal relationships is the "weapon" that Internet companies must compete for.

In a residential building in Jinan City, Shandong Province, 10 heads of delegation appeared, and the owner joked that "they can all make group buying according to the floor distinction." In Hongxiajiao Road, Shantou City, Guangdong Province, when customers opened a community group buying app on December 14, they were automatically matched with a self-pickup point. Four days later, 28 self-pickup points appeared on the 1.2-kilometer-long road.

A local supermarket owner in Baotou, Inner Mongolia province, said he had been greeting four or five rounds of salespeople from different platforms every day to persuade him to become the head of the department. He joined three of the internet platforms only when two rival local supermarkets became pickup points – he was worried that customers would flow to the other two.

The rural market has also become a battleground for Internet companies. As of December 21, the business coverage of the community group buying platform includes 15 provinces, 175 prefecture-level cities, more than 1,400 county-level cities, more than 5,100 townships and 42,000 villages.

A villager who has opened a grocery store in Longzhou Community, Miluo City, Yueyang City, Hunan Province for more than 20 years told China Youth Daily that before 2018, she went out every morning at 6 or 7 o’clock, went to the vegetable market to buy food, and brought it back to the grocery store for sale. The vegetable market in the town is a 26-minute walk from Longzhou Community. She recalled that the elderly people in the village who cook at home can’t travel long distances and can’t ride motorcycles. They have to ask relatives and friends to go to the vegetable market once a week to buy food and store it in the refrigerator.

After her son-in-law taught her to use the community group buying platform, she became the head of the group. During the epidemic, she was able to receive more than 200 orders a day. Now, an elderly person living alone asks her to place an order for fresh fruits and vegetables every day, and she helps the elderly deliver them to their door. She also bought a certain northern fruit on the platform, which has never appeared in the vegetable market in Miluo City.

An old couple in Shantou City didn’t even know the commission of the head of the group. Meituan’s preferred advertisement was already posted on the door of the grocery store they ran. The son took the initiative to help them apply to become the head of the group. Since then, this "never-doing" grocery store has welcomed more customers.

  2

When the internet comes, business comes. Traffic blockages in Mayang Miao Autonomous County, Huaihua City, Hunan Province, which is rich in rock candy oranges and yellow peaches, once caused fruit sales to be slow. The head of a local agricultural product sales company said that after the community group buying platform purchased goods from his company, the company’s sales of rock candy oranges tripled. It became a hit on the platform.

But it’s not just traffic that the internet brings. Changsha, a city in Hunan province, is an important city in the community group buying war. This community group buying city has been developing for a long time and has a high penetration rate. It has attracted multiple Internet platforms to enter and grab customers. At Jinshang Fresh Market in Yuelu District, Changsha City, a vegetable vendor told a reporter from China Youth Daily China Youth Network that the "price war" of multiple Internet platforms has obviously affected her business. In the past month, her daily turnover has been reduced from 2,000 yuan to 300 yuan.

Previously, there were few community group buying platforms in Changsha, and the platform pricing was high, which had little impact on her business. But now, some customers tell her that they have bought 0.9 yuan a catty of potatoes and 0.68 yuan a catty of carrots on the Internet. But the wholesale price she bought back from the wholesale market was 1.6 yuan per potato and 1.3 yuan per carrot. Due to the decrease in traffic counting, her stall closing time was extended from 5 pm to 9 pm, but sales still did not improve.

The vendor runs a 6-square-meter stall in the market and has long supplied restaurants with vegetables. Once, a restaurant owner complained that the epidemic had hit the restaurant business. He wanted to cut costs and buy ingredients from the Internet platform. "Wait until you are about the same price as the platform, and I will buy your goods." Previously, she supplied more than a dozen restaurants. After the "price war" of the group buying platform began, only six restaurants continued to cooperate with her.

The wholesale market she frequented, which used to be stuck in traffic jams, is now smooth. Wholesalers are more enthusiastic than ever when they see her come to stock up, and hope she buys more. But to reduce inventory losses, she starts to choose storage-resistant vegetables such as potatoes and radishes. On her vegetable stand, there used to be nearly 100 items for customers to choose from, but now there are only more than 30.

While waiting for customers to come to the door, she sat with the vendor next to her and sighed. She did not tell her college-aged son or parents living in her hometown about these situations. In order to continue to support the family of old and young, the woman with a junior high school degree decided that after the Spring Festival next year, her husband will go to deliver food, and she will go to the restaurant to work as a cleaner.

It is difficult to count how many people’s livelihoods will be affected by Internet companies in this battle. In some areas where community group buying has just developed, there are vendors selling fresh pork who see that the platform only offers frozen pork, and only pork belly and pork belly are available. They think that community group buying will take a long time to develop before it will affect their livelihood. Others insist that customers who buy fruit in their own stores know better quality and do not overlap with Internet users.

In contrast, supermarket owners are more sensitive to community group buying than vegetable vendors. A community supermarket owner in Baotou believes that the quality, variety and origin of fresh food affect the final price, while the prices of goods sold in supermarkets are more transparent and uniform, and they are more disadvantaged in "price wars".

The supermarket owner told the China Youth Daily China Youth Network reporter to take a carton of milk from a certain brand as an example. The supermarket’s purchase price is 51 yuan, the supermarket’s lowest promotional price is 53 yuan, but the community group buying platform’s group buying price is 44 yuan. Six months ago, the supermarket could sell almost 10 cartons of this milk a day. Now, it only sells four or five cartons a week.

Potato chips have a similar experience. A certain brand of potato chips, priced at 5 yuan a barrel, ended up selling for 8 yuan a barrel, and the dealer and the supermarket each earned 1.5 yuan. But on the community group buying platform, this potato chip sells for only 3 yuan. The supermarket owner explained, "If the snack expires, the dealer needs to transfer the goods and recycle the snack from the supermarket, and the group buying platform directly connects with consumers, so there is no need to worry about the risk of expiration."

This mom-and-pop community supermarket has had six consecutive months of customer growth, new customer growth, and declining operating income. The boss chose to remove non-staple food and fruit from the shelves.

  3

More and more people are realizing that unusually low prices can bring new problems.

A manufacturer of seasonings forbids distributors from supplying to community group buying platforms. The person in charge told China Youth Daily and China Youth Network that in the past six months, the factory has received complaints from partners all over the country, saying that the price of seasonings sold by community group buying platforms is too low, which disrupts the original market and leads to confusion in supply.

A snack wholesaler in Baotou City, when meeting his peers, the topic of community group buying is always unavoidable. He believes that every wholesaler who supplies to the platform can make money, but this way of making money is not sustainable. After the platform grows, it will directly bypass the wholesaler and pick up the goods from the production factory.

He supplies six small supermarkets near a school in Baotou. These six small supermarkets are going to boycott the community group buying platform and refuse to be the head of the group. The reason is that although the head of the group can get a 10% commission on sales, it affects the normal sales of the supermarket. If customers buy goods in the supermarket, the supermarket can earn 15%, which is more than the head of the group. Wholesalers persuade supermarkets to follow the crowd. He worries that if the stationery store and washing shop near the supermarket become self-pickup points, it will divide the flow of people in the supermarket.

Due to the different development of community group buying in different places, the quality of low-priced goods on the platform varies. In rural Hunan, users can buy fresh fish in vacuum packaging, while in Baotou, where community group buying is developing slowly, some users have purchased fruits and vegetables that are not heavy enough.

A customer in Baotou once spent 5.68 yuan to buy three Xinjiang Aksu rock candy apples that were claimed to be "sweeter than first love" and crispy, sweet and juicy. But the apples he actually got were only the size of ordinary lemons, and the user asked for a refund. The head of the group felt that it was a pity to throw it away. After eating a few bites, he found that it was not the rock candy heart apple advertised by the platform.

Almost all participants are aware that the subsidy war for community group buying will not last for a long time. In mid-December, several heads of state in Chengdu received a price adjustment notice issued by Didi’s community group buying platform, Chengxin Preferred, saying that commodity prices would be adjusted to ensure the healthy development of the community group buying industry.

Nearly 70 Chengdu heads of state analyze the latest policies and trends of each Internet platform in the WeChat group. The heads of state are most concerned about "de-delegation". Some heads of state analyze that if the community group buying platform starts arranging riders to deliver goods in the future, or opens brick and mortar stores, the usefulness of the heads of state will become less and less.

He has a deep sense of urgency: "We don’t have the initiative, everything is in the hands of the platform." The way out of his plan is to retrieve high-quality fresh food from major platforms and put it on the shelves of the group buying platform he formed.

However, community group buying has not slowed down due to doubts and criticism. On the contrary, more companies are interested in testing the waters in this track. A senior head of Chengdu said that two new Internet Tech Giants are ready to start community group buying business, and their salespeople recently invited him to join the platform.

Community group buying first appeared in 2015. In 2019, many community group buying platforms encountered an operational crisis. Some platforms withdrew their stations and laid off staff in many places, and some platforms chose to merge. The consensus in the industry is that the epidemic has boosted the development of community group buying. According to media reports, during the epidemic, Xingsheng’s orders in Wuhan increased dozens of times; some platforms covered thousands of communities in Wuhan, with more than 350,000 active users. To this end, the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Commerce also coordinated buses and postal vehicles for transporting goods from community group buying.

A company that is developing community group buying said that the epidemic in 2020 prompted the company to make up its mind to develop community e-commerce. The company found the potential of community group buying model from multiple dimensions: unsalable agricultural products, farmers can’t buy cheap good things; some urban residents’ unmet shopping needs; it is difficult to travel in extreme weather, and the vegetable market is far from the residential area.

In the summer of 2020, multiple Internet platforms entered the community group buying. In June, the Orange Heart Preferred Mini Program was officially launched. In July, Meituan launched Meituan Preferred, focusing on the lower-tier market. In August, Pinduoduo’s Duoduo Shopping Mini Program was put into trial operation.

Predictably, this silent wet market will continue to hustle and bustle. With the encouragement of salespeople, groups of stay-at-home mothers have joined the ranks of the leaders. New users are experimenting with placing orders on the Internet. New cities appear on the map of community group buying.

At the same time, the relevant rules are also being introduced one after another. On the 22nd, the community group buying "nine must not" new regulations were introduced. Before that, on November 10th, the State Regulation for Market Regulation announced the "Anti-Monopoly Guidelines on the Platform Economy (exposure draft) ", which mentioned that platform operators through subsidies, discounts, discounts, discounts, traffic resource support and other incentive methods may have a certain positive effect on the interests of platform operators, consumers and the overall welfare of society. However, if there is a significant exclusion and restriction of market competition, it may be determined to constitute a restricted transaction behavior.

According to media reports, on December 9, the Nanjing Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau took the lead in the country to issue the "E-commerce" vegetable community group buying "compliance management notice", requiring the head of the vegetable community group buying to handle the corresponding market subject registration as appropriate, and platform operators shall not implement low-price dumping at a price lower than cost, crowding out competitors to monopolize the market and disrupting the normal business order.

In an interview with China Youth Daily, a staff member of the community group buying platform also believes that the development of community group buying should be gradual, which will not seriously affect the livelihood of small traders and hawkers, but also create many jobs at the same time. The ongoing price war has disrupted the balance of the ecological chain. He cannot predict when the price war will end, "the short term is half a year, the medium term is one year, and the long term may be three years".

What is the experience of learning drift in AMG "Driving School"?

Text |AutoR Zhijia zhangxin

On the first day of the "A Performance Course", it just rained all day and the road was slippery.

A group of our students are driving different A models on the slippery road, raising bursts of rain and smoke.

It is a rare experience to learn and experience the driving skills on slippery roads.

"A Driving Academy" is a driving training platform specially built for high-performance car enthusiasts. This station is the fourth of the five sub-stations of "2016 A Driving Academy".

In the course of A Driving College Station, students can experience three traditional courses-A performance course, A advanced course and A professional course.

In order to run a driving school well, a driving school can be said to have tried its best.

Many home-made models are provided for the students, including four-wheel drive models such as A A 45 A, A CLA 45, A GLE 63 and A GLE 63, as well as A C 63 sedan, A C 63 and other rear-wheel drive vehicles.

Participants in the course can experience the different characteristics of different vehicles, so as to further learn how to control them.

"A Performance Course" is a primary training, which includes straight-line racing and pile winding, emergency and lane change, Auto X track challenge, and track following.

The purpose of these courses is to let students experience the routine training of racing drivers.

Although it is only elementary training, these courses are challenging and interesting for students because there are many differences between track driving and daily driving.

These training courses are not just for the sake of a track dream. In fact, many skills will be used at any time in future daily driving, which is of great benefit to driving safety.

For example, in the emergency training course, students can practice to master the resolute and gravity emergency way in actual driving control. In case of emergency in the future, you can respond quickly and correctly, and use the most professional method to control it, so as to ensure safety to the maximum extent.

In the "A Advanced Course", professional coaches will explain the basic driving theory knowledge to the students and teach them practical driving skills such as cornering, ideal route and point selection.

Compared with the primary "A performance course", the "A advanced course" has improved its professionalism and the learning content has also been concentrated on the track.

After completing this course, the students have basically mastered the driving skills of the track, which is a step closer to realizing the dream of racing. "A Professional Course" is an advanced training course of A Driving College. Students can fully exert their previously learned driving skills on the professional track and further improve their driving skills through data recording and analysis.

At this stage, students will have the opportunity to practice free driving on the whole track. This means that students can enjoy themselves with professional racing driving methods and truly experience the driving passion of racing drivers.

Starting from this year, all students who successfully pass the three traditional courses of performance, advanced and professional courses of Driving School A and complete the theoretical course of racing license will be awarded the racing license by the China Motorcycle Sports Federation, and officially won the title of "professional racing driver".

In addition, A Driving School has also set up an "A course" for C 63 cars, and taught students skills through high-performance rear-drive vehicles.

Owners who purchase a specific A model can also attend the "Power & Passion Course" for free, and also receive professional driving skills training. These diversified and professional course combinations not only show the fans of high-performance cars the charm of the models, but also teach professional driving skills, which is a measure to kill two birds with one stone.

Regarding the holding of "2016 A Driving Academy", Mercedes-Sales & Service Co., Ltd. A and Ms. smart, the executive deputy of sales and operation, said: "It is a high-performance racing car with a glorious racing history, which perfectly combines the surging passion of the track with outstanding daily practicality. In order to let customers further experience the charm of model A, we have created a series of experience activities closer to customers. Among them,A driving school has become the best platform for high-performance enthusiasts to exchange racing experiences, improve their driving skills, enjoy A driving pleasure and experience racing culture.”。

Since entering China in 2007, brand A has been in China market for nine years. Nowadays, China has become the most important market for brand A, with 16 high-performance models sold in China.

In the domestic high-performance market segment, brand A has the widest product line in the same level market, covering compact cars, medium-sized cars, large cars, cars, cars, cars and many other market segments.

With a rich selection of products, it is necessary to set up the course of "A Driving School" and provide targeted professional driving training for consumers.

On its significance, it not only provides an additional service in addition to selling products, but also is of great benefit to brand A to broaden its influence and further enhance its sales volume in the future.

Today, the enthusiasm of consumers in China is not only a means of transportation, but also its entertainment and competitiveness are attracting the enthusiasm of a new generation.

However, there is a lack of professional guidance on driving skills in China market, and the emergence of "A Driving Academy" can be said to be in demand.

When high-quality products are combined with professional training, the effect of "1+1 > 2" will be obtained, which will not only benefit manufacturers and consumers, but also play a positive role in the accumulation and development of China culture.

Can selling scripts live become a "life-saving straw" for screenwriters?

This article contributes to the author, which is the author’s personal opinion, and the opinion does not represent the position of poisonous eyes.

  Wen | Pu Juan

In recent months, the wave of goods carried by the whole people has risen.

First, Luo Yonghao settled in Tik Tok with high profile, and held several live broadcasts to sell goods and pay off debts. Later, Liu Shishi, Yang Yang, Victoria Song and other stars appeared in the live broadcast room to recommend products to fans together with well-known online celebrity such as Li Jiaqi. Later, even CCTV celebrities Zhu Guangquan and Ouyang Xiadan and Gree Chairman Dong Mingzhu also joined the wave.

In the last month or two, the fire of live broadcast with goods has finally "burned" into the film and television circle, and screenwriters have joined the ranks, but the goods they bring are not lipsticks and food, but scripts.

In April, the Writers’ Gang held three online "live selling scripts" activities, and organized 15 writers to bring goods online, including Yu Geng, the original author of the recent hot film "I am Yu Huanshui", and Run Nian Dong, the screenwriter of "My heart is blooming" and "Crazy Alien". People who usually bury themselves in writing suddenly turned into anchors with goods, which attracted the attention of many people in the industry and people who eat melons. The number of views of the third phase of the event accumulated about 13,000 times.

As of May 2, four "live screenplay selling" activities have been held.

(Screenshot from the screenwriter to help Weibo)

Selling scripts live is essentially an online venture capital meeting. Each screenwriter first conducts a 10-minute roadshow to explain his creative experience and script outline to the audience. Then there is a 5-minute interactive question-and-answer session, in which the audience directly asks questions and the screenwriter personally answers them. Although it is somewhat different from the common live broadcast, the audience can also reward the screenwriter or brush comments according to their own preferences, and the producer can also contact the screenwriter to learn more about the script by rewarding 168 yuan.

The writers’ gang publicized the first phase of the event as "The World’s First Live Screenplay Selling Conference", which also attracted well-known screenwriter Song Fangjin and others to open the platform in Weibo. However, from the feedback of the third phase of the event, it seems that writers, producers and other people in the industry did not fully buy it, and the comment area was polarized.

Song Fangjin sells scripts for live broadcast in Weibo.

In the author’s opinion, the reason why the live broadcast of scripts will encounter unsatisfactory feedback is that on the one hand, it has just begun to try, and all aspects still need to be improved and improved; On the other hand, it has something to do with China’s "awkward" position in the industry.

Why is there a live broadcast selling scripts?

On the surface, the appearance of selling scripts live is because many aspects of the film and television industry have come to a standstill under the epidemic, so film and television people take this opportunity to launch a self-help. But in fact, apart from self-help, the writer’s weak right to speak in China and the lack of appropriate channels for safeguarding rights and assistance are very important internal causes.

The film and television industry is a huge social system engineering, which is not only a long industrial chain, but also a "cosmic planet"-like existence, radiating and blending with many related industries. From the perspective of modern enterprise operation, production, distribution and projection in the film and television industry chain correspond to the production, promotion and sales of goods respectively.

Nowadays, the United States, South Korea, Japan and other major film and television countries have formed a mature industrial value chain of "upstream development, midstream expansion and downstream extension". The production, distribution, marketing and screening of film and television works are closely linked, while the film and television industry chain in China is still in the process of gradual improvement.

The script development link is a relatively immature one. Script is the starting point and the core soul of a film and television work. As the creator of this soul, the importance of screenwriter is beyond doubt. But compared with other countries, China’s screenwriters are marginalized.

According to "Hollywood 2017 Salary Report", the top film writers in the United States can earn $3 million to $5 million, while gold-medal TV writers often have the opportunity to enjoy the same treatment as executive producers. Ordinary film writers can also get about $500,000, and TV writers can earn $5,000 to $10,000 for a single episode. At the same time, there is also a Writers Guild ofAmerica in the United States, which has the right to speak in the industry, helping writers to protect their rights and providing notarization of their works and some legal basis.

In South Korea, top screenwriters can get 100 million won for a single episode, and ordinary signed screenwriters are worth 20 million won, which is basically the same as that of big-name stars. Excellent screenwriters are not only well paid, but also have a high status. Directors can’t modify their scripts without authorization. It is also disrespectful for actors to modify their lines. Even TV stations will make decisions according to their status as screenwriters.

In contrast, China screenwriters seem to have "long lost their names" in the industry.

According to an industry insider, there are generally about one million top film writers, and it is not bad for newcomers to reach 150,000. The number of online screenwriters is about 100,000-100,000, and the number of TV dramas is 10,000-30,000. Only the top big coffee can reach 6 digits, and the number of online drama writers will be lower. In theory, scriptwriting is the freest, but in fact, I write scripts almost all the time, and I feel guilty even when I go out for dinner.

Wang Hailin, a well-known screenwriter, once mentioned: "Basically, children from the planning department come to you, and then put out a bunch of data to tell you that the market needs this and that, and even teach you which are popular writing methods." He also pointed out that the excessive voice of capital and stars makes the screenwriter’s control over the script weaker and weaker.

In addition, screenwriters also face difficulties such as weakening the right of signature, being paid in arrears, the script being stolen, and the difficulty in safeguarding rights. The Report on the Ecological Investigation of Young Screenwriters in China Film and Television Industry from 2019 to 2020 shows that 75% of the interviewed screenwriters have been cheated. However, due to the overlord clause, weak power and other reasons, even with the protection of relevant laws and associations, screenwriters can not safeguard the most basic rights of works.

Source "2019-2020 Ecological Investigation Report on Young Screenwriters in China Film and Television Industry"

In the already weak situation, this year’s epidemic situation can be described as making the screenwriter industry worse. At this stage, the film and television industry is in a state of suspension, and many companies have closed down or laid off a large number of employees. Although screenwriters are relatively safe jobs, many people have said that their income will be greatly reduced this year due to the collateral effect. For screenwriters, especially newcomers with meager income, it will undoubtedly bring many uncertainties to their future development.

Being in trouble and encountering a black swan, the live broadcast of the script seems to be an attempt by the screenwriter to save himself. Du Hongjun, the founder of the writers’ guild and deputy secretary-general of the China Film Literature Society, said that he hoped to help writers build a good stage for script trading in the form of live broadcast, and then he would help outstanding writers to promote projects and provide legal aid for writers’ rights and interests.

High opening and low walking, live broadcast with goods unacceptable?

Since entering Tik Tok to live broadcast and bring goods, Luo Yonghao has not only satisfied the curiosity of all spectators, but also made all brand sellers addicted to the focus of the crowd. Let’s not comment on the rate of goods, but people really brushed up a wave of popularity. It is understood that after seeing Luo Yonghao’s debut show with goods, the screenwriter Run Nian Dong felt in the circle of friends that he also wanted to sell the script live, which was recognized by many well-known screenwriters.

In April, the live broadcast of the script really came. In the film and television industry, stars, producers, directors and so on often do roadshows to publicize the films that have been completed in the later stage, and never involve the original script. The venture capital clubs specially for screenwriters are generally offline salons or small forums, and there are few online activities.

Under the epidemic, many new formats have been born, and selling scripts live is one of them.

Many screenwriters, producers and people in the industry are curious about the "World’s First Live Screenplay Selling Conference", and some of them are melon-eating people attracted by the "live screenplay with goods". Therefore, on April 3, the first activity of the screenwriter gang won more than 7,000 views. Du Hongjun revealed that most of the audience are insiders, many well-known screenwriters and production companies are among them, and some people also participated in the discussion.

Screenshot from CCTV6 program China movie report

During the live broadcast, the writers "do as the Romans do", like online celebrity, came to the screen, used different narrative methods, roadshowed their scripts in turn, and answered questions from the audience. It can be seen that these "literary veterans" are still novices when they become online celebrity. The face is simple, there is no filter, and the speech is still one-sided. However, it is this contrast that has aroused the curiosity of the outside world, and the comment area is very lively.

These screenwriters have different backgrounds and different working years. They come from professional classes, have changed careers, and have won film festival awards. The types of works they create are also different, involving suspense, science fiction, war and other themes. For such diversity, some producers affirmed: "If there is a lack of projects or screenwriters, I will come here to dig well, and it should be no problem for good screenwriters to reach cooperation."

However, with the live broadcast, the doubts from the producers became more and more obvious.

The first is the way to bring goods. Many people I have come into contact with don’t quite buy it: "The script is a matter that requires many parties to participate and communicate many times. It is very difficult to make a deal immediately after watching the live broadcast."

It is reported that during the live broadcast, if the producer wants to know more about the script, he can be rewarded with 168 yuan, and the screenwriter will help to match and communicate with the screenwriter. If the two sides reach an agreement, the script can be traded. The writers’ gang should set up such delivery rules to shorten the length of the script supply chain and eliminate the risk of second-hand dealers. However, judging from the producer’s attitude, the writer’s road to realizing the goods may still have a long way to go.

Users can further communicate by rewarding and unlocking (source "Screenwriters")

The scriptwriter’s explanation is also the hardest hit by the producers. Some screenwriters only talk about the content of the script, so it is difficult for producers to raise interest and judge the quality. Some people jokingly call it "trying to sell but hiding". Some screenwriters have no primary and secondary explanations, which makes people unable to find bright spots. Other screenwriters are immature, perhaps out of self-protection, but basically no one wants to know more about them.

Producers are more worried about too much creative disclosure. "Now people are too smart to read the whole script at all, just one core idea is enough." A senior person said that a good core idea has been borrowed, and after the film and television company buys this script, there may be risks in copyright and it will also affect the film release.

Feedback from fellow screenwriters is also mixed. Some people are eager to try and comment on social platforms after watching the live broadcast, saying that this has opened a channel for mutual communication and is also a resource channel. Some people think that the platform needs to establish better processes and copyright protection mechanisms, and continue to wait and see. Some people are not optimistic about this model, and think that public shouting is beneath the dignity of cultural people.

"Li Jiaqi sells lipsticks and Viya sells rockets, all of which are in kind, just like painters sell paintings and sculptors sell sculptures. Commodities are traceable, and it stimulates your desire for consumption. However, the script is a creative work, which will involve the way of copyright purchase and whether it will be revised subsequently, which is different from a one-time transaction of buying lipstick. " Screenwriter Chen Lu said more directly, "it is better to sell scripts live than to sell screenwriters live."

In the hot discussion of the main trading objects, the popularity of selling live scripts declined. On the 14th, the second activity was only watched more than 2,000 times, and on the 25th, the third activity was only watched more than 4,000 times. The total cargo volume of the third phase of the event is still unclear, but after the second phase of the event, Du Hongjun mentioned that there are about 10 producers who want to know more about it.

From much attention to the decline in heat, is it unacceptable for live broadcasts to go so high and low in the screenwriter circle? Not necessarily.

A painted skin without drawing bones may turn into a paper tiger.

The screenwriter brings the goods with him. The audience can enjoy 6.66 yuan if they like it, 2.22 yuan if they don’t like it, and 168 yuan if they want to place an order. On the surface, this is the standard of live broadcast, but strictly speaking, selling scripts live is not a real live broadcast.

The definition of live broadcast with goods is to sell goods by live broadcast, activate and transform users. Under the catalysis of capital, Taobao, Aauto Quicker and Tik Tok have already developed rapidly, forming a "three-legged" pattern in the field of live broadcast. Each platform has a huge user base, a large number of online celebrity anchors, all kinds of commodities, and a perfect supply chain.

At present, in the mature industrial chain of live broadcast, these factors are indispensable: platform, seller, MCN and user. In the live broadcast of selling scripts, the writers’ gang is the platform, the writers play the dual roles of sellers and online celebrity, and the users are the producers.

The screenwriter helped the founder Du Hongjun respond to the transaction of the first live broadcast.

First, from the platform point of view, compared with Taobao, Aauto Quicker, Tik Tok and other pan-entertainment live broadcast platforms, the writers’ gang is more vertical, focusing only on script products. The quality of users of the platform is high, but the volume can’t compete with the big platform at all, and there is no perfect drainage mechanism, so the live broadcast viewing volume is generally low.

Let’s look at the screenwriter who integrates the seller and online celebrity. The screenwriter is a creative seller, and his written skills outweigh his oral skills, but he may not be able to sell, which is still difficult for some people to accept. "It is a kind of sorrow that the products of wisdom are going to be sold intelligently. The onlookers are just curious, which makes the sales more tragic."

In this regard, a Buddhist screenwriter said: "The quality of the script is the most important thing. Now I am only worried about whether my writing is good or not, and I don’t care about anything else." However, some screenwriters want to try to sell their own scripts. Although they have not signed up for the event, they have already started to discuss the speech lines with their friends.

Finally, watching the audience, the screenwriter has been in a weak position in the industrial chain for a long time, with less publicity, weak fan base and poor appeal for bringing goods. At the same time, the marketing skills are not as good as those of online celebrity who came out of the professional system. The live broadcast process is easy to make people bored and can’t afford to buy. As the leader of the upstream link of the industrial chain, producers can decide which screenwriter will write the script, how the screenwriter will write the script, and which director and star will shoot and star in the script, but the overall number is small. The users of the general live broadcast platform are the general public with a large base.

Display in the live broadcast of selling scripts (new Jingwei in the source)

Therefore, the live broadcast of scripts is a kind of deformation of live broadcast with goods. Du Hongjun proved this point in the opening remarks of the event: "I hope this attempt can give some inspiration to the industry, rather than simply live broadcast e-commerce replication."

Based on the above reasons, it is reasonable that the popularity of "live selling scripts" is low, the transaction rate is low, and the scope of influence is limited. Du Hongjun also realized the shortcomings of the activities and accepted everyone’s opinions with an open mind. He said that in the future, the form will be improved, and roles such as "venture capital tutor" or "special observer" will be added to the live broadcast, so as to guide the screenwriter to write and tell good stories and be more capable of improving stories.

Live broadcast with goods, a possible perfect self-help

The emergence of venture capital tutors, special observers, screenwriters and script brokers has indeed filled the gap in the "MCN plate" of live broadcast selling scripts, shared the sales tasks before scriptwriting, and made live broadcast selling scripts closer to the mature live broadcast delivery mode. If these people are big coffee in the industry, they naturally have weight in the users, that is, the producers, but now most of the film and television industry advocates "capital success", and it is still a question mark whether they can successfully bring goods in the end; And if these people are stars, the platform may have to be prepared to spend money for a long time.

A screenwriter mentioned that similar platforms have done similar things before, but it basically didn’t work, and finally it can only be abandoned. It can be seen that increasing the number of venture capital tutors and special observers may not necessarily solve the problem of selling scripts live.

The writers in trouble seem to have reached a dead end again, so is selling scripts live the right solution for writers to save themselves?

Anxiety of young screenwriters, source of "2019-2020 Ecological Investigation Report of Young Screenwriters in China Film and Television Industry"

The author believes that the landing of live e-commerce in the film and television industry can break the boundaries of interpersonal relationships, so that new screenwriters can also be exposed to the same resources as mature screenwriters and get more opportunities. Therefore, even if the current experiment is more meaningful, selling scripts live can also be a self-help for writers. If possible, it is still a perfect self-help.

With regard to improving the live broadcast of scripts, the author tries to find the answer from the live broadcast industry chain, not that this proven business system is a panacea, but that he wants to get some suitable and effective solutions from it.

After analysis, the author thinks that there may be traces in the following four aspects-

First, expand the influence of the platform.

Under normal circumstances, producers will independently develop scripts, but sometimes they will "cast a wide net, collect more fish, and choose the best ones", such as searching for good projects at major film festivals, salvaging IP online to adapt them, holding some solicitation competitions, and obtaining scripts from similar platforms such as writers’ gangs.

At present, there are some platforms in the industry that are similar to writers’ gangs, such as script supermarket and Yunlaiwu. Expanding the influence of the platform itself and establishing the credibility of the industry are the best ways to attract the attention of producers.

In addition to providing high-quality script content, reasonable trading mechanism and good after-sales service, the platform can cooperate with authoritative people to discuss and effectively solve some industry problems. At the same time, follow the example of the live broadcast platform, establish a perfect drainage mechanism by using communities and new media, attract more film and television companies to pay attention, create an active communication atmosphere, and thus enhance the influence of the platform.

Second, improve the strength of screenwriters.

Live broadcast with goods can’t turn bad stories into good stories, so the strength of screenwriters is very important.

For mature screenwriters, the platform can provide an attractive cooperation model, and the two sides will benefit each other for a long time; For potential screenwriters, the platform can provide systematic and comprehensive training courses, such as screenwriter colleges launched by some platforms, to help screenwriters grow and improve, and then feed back the platform. Like live delivery, a good content production relationship is the key for the platform to build a high-quality supply chain.

  Tuyuan vision china

  Third, improve the marketing level.

Song Fangjin commented that selling scripts live is a new creative form in the new era: "scriptwriters are players and their values are visualized. Stories are luxury goods, and the highest price wins them. This is different from Luo Yonghao, Viya and Li Jiaqi. "

As said, the script is a special creative product, which is different from the main categories of live broadcast goods such as cosmetics and clothing, so the marketing methods will be different. If the screenwriter’s self-marketing ability is insufficient, the platform can be recommended by the script or screenwriter agent, star, industry expert, well-known director and screenwriter.

In Hollywood, screenwriters basically sell scripts through brokers. "It is difficult to cultivate excellent script brokers in the domestic environment." The writers’ gang once said. But it is hard not to mean impossible, and practice is the best proof.

Stars bring their own popularity. If they can stand for the works of screenwriters, it should be more likely for producers to consider bringing goods. Well-known directors, screenwriters and big coffees in the industry recommend scripts, which may also increase trading opportunities.

In addition, the platform can also assist scriptwriters to display scripts through technical means and creative methods, such as script advertisements, real-life interpretation of scripts, VR/AR, applets and so on. 5G is the biggest variable of live broadcast, and it is also a live broadcast to sell scripts. The improvement of video clarity will create a better story experience.

Fourth, expand the types of users.

Producers tend to be market-oriented when they control the content of the script. Jing Wong, a well-known Hong Kong director, has publicly stated that the standard of his film is that the audience likes it. Although this statement may not be accurate, it can really inspire the platform.

At present, "selling scripts by live broadcast" is mainly aimed at producers, but the scope of communication and influence is limited, far less than that of live broadcast platform. The platform can expand the targeted user types to the general public, and in turn change the minds of a few people by influencing the minds of most people. Because the producers know the public’s preferences, they may trade, then make a film and reshape the audience’s preferences.

Of course, we can’t ignore the scriptwriting. At the beginning of the event, the platform required that the script must be a complete script with copyright, and the TV series should have at least 5 episodes. Although in theory, scriptwriters occupy the advantages of time and public opinion, there are many people who exploit the loopholes, and the legal team of the platform still needs to make emergency plans for the protection of scriptwriters’ rights and interests.

As screenwriter Yu Fei said, it is a blessing for the industry if the live broadcast of scripts can form a new industrial model and make the best scriptwriters and scripts go to the market from here, but it is very difficult. But even if it is difficult, it is worth trying.

Five conjectures about the application of digital RMB, which one do you care most about?

Zhongxin Jingwei Client August 20th (Wei Wei) Imagine this scenario. Each of us has a digital currency wallet on his mobile phone. Even if the mobile phone is disconnected, you can transfer your digital currency to another person by touching two mobile phones. This scene may be getting closer and closer to us.

In fact, the People’s Bank of China set up a special research group to study the statutory digital currency as early as 2014, and it has been six years since then. Recently, the Ministry of Commerce issued a document saying that a pilot project of digital RMB will be launched, which also rekindled the reverie of digital currency.

  What is digital RMB?

Digital currency, the central bank, is not complicated in concept. Dong Ximiao, chief researcher of Xinwang Bank, told Zhongxin Jingwei client that digital currency refers to the digital currency issued by the central bank in parallel with cash, which is the digital form of legal tender. Digital currency (DC/EP), China’s central bank, is simply an electronic version of RMB, which is digital RMB cash.

Insiders revealed that in recent days, the four major banks of workers, peasants and China Construction Co., Ltd. simultaneously tested the "digital RMB" e-wallet. Considering the system load and other reasons, it is still in the internal testing stage.

On April 17th this year, the digital currency Research Institute of the Central Bank said that the digital RMB would be tested in Shenzhen, Suzhou, Xiong ‘an, Chengdu and the future Winter Olympics in order to continuously optimize and improve its functions.

In July, Didi Chuxing said that it had reached a strategic cooperation with the digital currency Research Institute of the Central Bank to jointly study and explore the scene innovation and application of digital RMB in the field of smart travel. On August 17th, the Zhongxin Jingwei client asked Didi Chuxing about the exploration of scene application, and its reply said that there was no news to disclose for the time being, and further news would be released.

On August 14th, the Ministry of Commerce issued the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Overall Plan for Comprehensively Deepening the Innovation and Development of Service Trade", which announced the pilot areas of digital RMB, and some people understood it as the pilot of digital RMB may be expanded. However, in fact, the current pilot scope of digital RMB is still Shenzhen, Chengdu, Suzhou, xiong’an new area and the future Winter Olympics, and it has not changed.

However, the news came out that the digital currency plate in the capital market is still sought after by investors. According to Wind data, the digital currency index rose by 2.81% on August 14th, rose by 3.35% again on August 17th, and continued to rise by 1.07% on August 18th, which has been rising for three consecutive days, which shows that the market is enthusiastic about digital currency concept.

How to apply five conjectures in the future

The application of digital RMB has also caused many conjectures. Where can I exchange it? How to apply it in the future? The Zhongxin Jingwei client interviewed a number of insiders to answer questions.

Conjecture 1: Is the carrier an APP?

Usually, residents can exchange paper money in commercial banks, so where can they exchange digital RMB?

According to the internal measurement maps of ICBC, China Construction Bank, Agricultural Bank and China Bank’s digital currency wallets circulated on the Internet earlier, the four major banks are all testing the application of digital wallets.

"digital currency is still in the testing stage. What is certain is that digital currency does not launch an APP. Maybe each bank will launch a separate APP, or it will be integrated into the apps of various cooperative banks." Bi Tong, co-founder of financial technology consulting firm PANONY, told Zhongxin Jingwei client.

"Launching an APP separately has higher user education costs and usage costs, and pilot commercial banks may embed services in existing apps." Yang Wang, Dean of Hande Institute of Financial Technology and Senior Research Fellow of China Renmin University, told Zhongxin Jingwei client.

Guess 2: Do I need to go to the bank to exchange money? Can I redeem it in the APP?

From the functional point of view, the functions of digital RMB wallets in various banks are basically the same. For example, China Construction Bank includes "Sweep", "Collection", "Payment Code" and "Transfer", and users can exchange money into digital RMB through bank accounts. Bank of China includes "recharge", "withdrawal", "transfer" and "bank card". The page of Agricultural Bank includes "scan code payment", "remittance", "receipt and payment" and "touch".

"From the circulated internal test pictures, the main functions displayed are basically similar to the daily functions of bank electronic accounts." Dong Ximiao said.

In Yang Wang’s vision, it takes three steps to use digital RMB. The first step is to download a corresponding mobile APP;; The second step is to register, enter personal name, ID number, mobile phone number and other information, and the relevant personal credit inquiry authorization will be displayed on the APP, which requires the user to choose to agree or reject; The third step is to bind the bank account, and then the user can exchange the bank deposit for digital RMB 1:1.

Ceng Gang, deputy director of the National Finance and Development Laboratory, predicts that there will be two accounts in the future, one is a digital RMB account, and the other is an account derived from the deposit in a bank account, and the two are in a mutual conversion relationship. Depositors can pay directly from the digital wallet, but it may involve transferring money from the bank account to the digital RMB account before making payment.

In terms of experience, Yang Wang believes that the digital RMB wallet is similar to the third-party payment with high public acceptance, and can also support QR code payment, fingerprint payment and face payment. However, the above payment methods may not be all online at once. Considering technical problems, QR code payment may be online first, and then other payment methods will be online gradually.

Guess 3: Can two mobile phones "touch" money to transfer money successfully?

"As long as you and I have a DC/EP digital wallet on our mobile phones, we don’t even need a network. As long as the mobile phones have electricity and two mobile phones touch each other, we can transfer digital currency in one person’s digital wallet to another person," Mu Changchun, director of the digital currency Institute of China People’s Bank, once said in an online open class.

Yang Wang said that a major feature of digital currency, the central bank, is dual offline payment, that is, mutual transfer can be realized without network signals.

"Of course, it’s not that the money is transferred when touched," Yang Wang explained. This function is similar to confidential payment. Users need to sign an agreement with the bank before they can use this function. Every time they enter the transfer scene, there will be a button to confirm the payment, and they can only transfer the money after clicking agree. At the same time, this function may stipulate an upper limit, and once a certain threshold is triggered, they will not be able to transfer money, so as to ensure the security of the user account.

In terms of security, Bi Tongtong said that some insiders also pointed out that the patents disclosed at present have not explained how to solve the "double flower problem" in the case of double offline (note: a sum of money is spent twice), which requires more technical patent disclosure. However, this problem can also be prevented by legal means, and the payment can be made after it happens.

Guess 4: Which scenarios can be paid in digital RMB?

Users are more concerned about the scenarios in which they can use digital RMB. Yang Wang introduced that in addition to recharging and withdrawing cash, digital RMB can also be used for transfer between users and consumption.

According to Yang Wang, the application scenarios currently supported in the pilot stage include retail, catering, transportation card recharge, etc. With the maturity of pilot applications in the future, the application scenarios will be expanded in a wider scope.

Recently, the media reported that Julu County, Hebei Province has applied to digital currency, the central bank, for subsidies such as environmental protection. The relevant person in charge of Lezhi Technology Co., Ltd. introduced that the company jointly developed the "Falling in Love with Julu County, Hebei Province" APP, and the poverty alleviation subsidies of local residents in the future will be distributed in the form of digital RMB, and residents can realize fund withdrawal, transfer and consumption in the APP wallet, such as paying party fees, buying train tickets, charging telephone bills and other convenient services can be settled in digital RMB.

The company is also cooperating with commercial banks. In the future, residents can pay the digital RMB to the bank and convert it into an equal amount of RMB cash, which can be converted into electronic accounts of commercial banks or converted into paper RMB at bank outlets. It is understood that the APP will be launched in the near future, but the digital RMB function will not be open for the time being, and will be launched separately after subsequent debugging.

Guess 5: Will Alipay and WeChat transfer money to each other in the future?

At present, for most residents, they are used to using third-party payment such as Alipay and WeChat. Will digital RMB shake the status of third-party payment in the future?

Bi Tongtong believes that the biggest difference between the central bank’s digital RMB and Alipay and WeChat payment lies in the difference in legal rights. The central bank’s digital currency is endorsed by the state, which is equivalent to legal tender. However, the assets of ordinary people in third-party payment are actually a bookkeeping, which is based on commercial bank settlement. Whether digital currency, the central bank, will attack the market position of WeChat and Alipay is a process determined by the market, which depends on the convenience of use, commercial value and economic scale.

With the introduction of digital RMB, can mutual transfer between Alipay and WeChat be realized in the future? Yang Wang believes that this matter mainly considers two aspects: willingness and ability. Digital RMB is the legal digital currency issued by the People’s Bank of China based on national credit, which means that any transaction scenario must be unconditionally accepted, and the transfer function should be supported between commercial banks and third-party payment. In terms of willingness, the problem of digital RMB transfer between commercial banks is not big, but there are business barriers in third-party payment. Different platforms may be protecting their own business ecology and will not realize mutual transfer for the time being, nor does it rule out that this function will be realized in the future.
